terms of service

I. GENERAL TERMS
- I have the right to deny or refuse any commission I don't feel comfortable with.
- Prices may be discussed.
- The client is NOT allowed to remove my watermark.
- You can post your commissioned illustration from me, given that I'm credited.
- Commercial use of the commissioned piece is allowed.
- The client is must give sufficient visual references / detailed description.
- WILL DO: fanarts, OCs, couple art, detailed background (prices will be discussed), Slight NSFW and gore. (Feel free to ask about anything that's not listed above and we can work something out!)
- WON'T DO: NSFW, furry, fetish art, heavy gore, anything promoting hate or discrimination.

II. PAYMENT METHOD
- The primary mode of payment will be PayPal or GCash for PH clients.
- The client may cancel the commission after the initial draft is presented with no downpayment required.
- 100% upfront payment. Although this may be discussed if you're getting a more complex commissions (100$ or above).
- PHP or USD currency is preferred.

III. PROCESS
- Commissions are finished in 3 days to 2 weeks. Depending on the waiting list, the complexity of your commission, and external factors (i.e school and/or health-related issues).
- When the commission is finished, I will send the low-quality version to you for finalization and feedback.
- Any major revisions and after the FINAL artwork is sent will have an extra fee.

IV. CANCELLATION
- You are allowed to cancel within the drafting phase of the process.

V. The client will receive a full resolution (JPEG, PNG, and PDF format) of the artwork via email.
